What We Believe
Jesus Christ (Yeshua)
We believe in the Deity of Yeshua Hamashiach מלך המשיח (Jesus Christ) as the only begotten Son of God. He was crucified, died and was buried. On the third day, He rose from the dead and later ascended into heaven, where He remains at the right hand of God Almighty.
We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentence and faith in the precious blood of Yeshua (Jesus).
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirtiy (Ruach Ha Kodesh) by whose indwelling allows the believer to live a holy life.
The Sacred Scripture
We believe in the scripture as the inspired Word of God and that it is the complete revelation of God's will for mankind. We believe in the absolute authority of the scripture to govern the affairs of men.
Stewardship
We believe that every man is the steward of his life and resources which ultimately belong to God. We believe that tithing is a measure of obedience to the scriptual principles of stewardship.
Water Baptism
We believe in the ordinance of water baptism by immersion in obedience to the Word of God. All those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior should be baptized in water as a public profession of their faith in Christ and to experience what the Bible calls "circumcision of the Spirit."
Divine Healing
We believe in the restoration of health to those who believe and act on the truths written in God's Word. We further believe that Jesus is our Healer and that by His strips we are already healed.
The Lord's Supper
We believe in the observance of the Lord's Supper and the Passover.
Our commitment to Israel
We believe in the promise of Genesis 12:3 regarding the Hebrew people and the nation of Israel. We believe that this is an eternal covenant between God and the seed of Abraham to which God is faithful. We are heirs and joint heirs as we become Abraham's seeds through the blood of Messiah.
Galations 3:29
Sabbath
The Sabbath is the day God rested from all His labor. The first Sabbath was the last day of Creation week when God invited Adam and Eve to look upon His new creation and be refreshed with its beauty. Since then, it has served as God's weekly gift to us when we can celebrate the beauty of His creation, the beauty of loving relationship with Him and others and the beauty of His saving grace. The Sabbath also helps us anticipate the joy of resting from our painful experience of this present sin-laden journey and beginning our eternal journey of discovery and love with God in the recreated universe.
